Collection of Information
As you navigate through a web site, information can be collected (that is, gathered without you actively providing the information) using various technologies and means, such as navigational data collection. Our system also automatically gathers information, such as the pages visited, about the areas you visit on the Site and collects operational information about the technology you use, such as your browser, type of computer, operating systems, and Internet service providers.
We collect information to understand what areas of this Site are most popular and what technologies are being used by our visitors. This information helps us to update and improve the Site. We also use this information for security purposes to detect and to block security breaches and to provide you with a safe online environment.
This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We will not knowingly collect information from Site visitors in this age group. If Fitness & Wellness Professional Services learns that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information online, in contravention of these measures, it will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others or as required by law). We encourage parents to talk to their children about their use of the Internet and the information they disclose online. For purposes of this policy, information regarding your children that you (the parent) provide to the Fitness & Wellness Professional Services is treated in the same manner as information collected about you.
Use of Information Collected
The information contained in this Site is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional health care. It is not meant to replace the advice of health care professionals. If you have specific health care needs, or for complete health information, please see a doctor or other health care provider.
You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin. You can also visit The Network Advertising Initiative to opt out of most companies that engage in targeted advertising. (This will not prevent you from seeing ads; the ads simply will not be delivered through these targeting methods.)

Who we share your data with
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
